Return or exchange

Our General Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on any product in original, unused, unopened or unworn condition, with all packaging

Please send an email to joywishescandle@outlook.com within thirty days after receiving the order. At this time, we will contact you in time to confirm your return or exchange request and return your goods. Please note that we will not issue returns or refunds for any requests that do not meet our return requirements above.

If you decide to return an item to Joywishes, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees incurred on the original shipping package, which includes the original shipment and the return shipment, as well as the cost of returning the package to Joywishes.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within ten working days. You will be notified via email at this time, please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when the refund will be credited to your credit card. Once an exchange is accepted, the new product will be shipped when it becomes available.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions. If your package is not accepted we will return it to you at your expense and no refund will be given.

Products that upon inspection are found to be used or worn are not eligible for a refund or exchange
